Nothnagle announced today the launch of its “Homes of Distinction” program which provides a comprehensive, global strategy to market properties listed at $750,000 or more.

The Homes of Distinction program provides services tailored to reach affluent audiences not only in our market areas, but also worldwide.  Included in the program are benefits such as coordination of a customized marketing plan, direct mail and electronic outreach, opportunities for inclusion in local publications as well as regional and international outreach through the Wall Street Journal and Luxury Portfolio Magazine.  In addition to premier placement on, Homes of Distinction listings will be marketed along with over 35,000 of the world’s most remarkable homes annually through

Historically, nearly 60% of homes listed at $750,000 or higher are on the market for 60 days or more whereas 75% of homes in the median price range of $140,000 typically sell in less than 60 days.  “By offering a comprehensive, far-reaching marketing approach our goal is to help sellers in this luxury market seller their home faster and for closer to list price,” stated Armand D’Alfonso, President and CEO of Nothnagle Realtors.  On average, the Sale Price to Original List Price ratio in this price range is 85% – 89%.*
